Chris tapped the number into his phone frantically. He clicked call and held it to his ear. Joel answered.
"Hey Joel. How do you fancy coming round?" Chris tapped his fingers on the table impatiently.
"Sure. I'll be there in two." Joel cut him off and Chris sat on his bed and waited. A few minutes passed and Joel came up the stairs. He opened the door and sat beside Joel. Joel looked into Chris' eyes, and Chris looked into Joels. An awquard silence filled the room. "You know how when Sal was in hospital?" Joel asked shyly. "I kissed you." Chris nodded, fascinated by the eye contact. "I don't think I did that well enough." He looked to the floor and then back up to Chris. Another silence. Chris had never noticed how hot Joel was.... it was a strange thought but very true.
"Maybe....." Chris stared deep into Joel's eyes. "You would like to correct your mistake." The corners of Joel's mouth turned upwards slightly and a tiny smile appeared as he leaned towards Chris. He reached his hand out and cupped Chris' face gently, pulling him very slightly towards him. Joel lent closer, still with eye contact. They leaned closer and then both closed their eyes. A gentle kiss joined them together. The gently lip-only kiss suddenly turned more passionate, using his tongue, Joel carefully opened Chris' lips, pushing his tongue into his mouth. Chris' hands moved around Joel' body, resting eventually in his hair and on his leg, holding him close. Their passionate kiss continued, geting better every moment. Chris wasn't quite sure if it actually WAS Joel who was kissing him, it felt so good. Joel too was feeling incredible. He touched Chris' face with his fingertips and gently rubbed his leg with the other, it felt nice.
Chris and Joel had been making out for a few minutes when Sally and Laurri walked through Chris' bedroom door. Laurri squeeked slightly in shock. It was quite traumatic to walk in on your boyfriend making out with your best mates boyfriend, she stepped back out of the room. Sally stood rooted to the floor, jaw open. She couldn't take her eyes off of them. Joel pulled away from Chris with a smile, not noticing sally and Laurri, and pecked Chris' lips again to finnish it off. "That was amazing." Chris whispered to him. Joel nodded, still smiling. Sally cleared her throught and they snapped around to look at her. "Shit."
"What the hell was that?" Sally demanded.
"It was nothing Sally. Really, nothing." Joel patched up, but Sally didn't settle.
"Nothing?" She put her hands on her hips. "You appeared to have your tongue down my boyfriends throught."
"Hmmm. Yeah. That." He stood up and brushed himself down. He took a step towards Sally. She held her hand out to stop him.
"Nope, what went on?" Nobody answered. "WHAT HAPPENED?" She snapped.
"Joel kissed me when you where in hospital and it was only fast and very quick, so, I decided I wanted to make a better imression, so I came round and then we got talking and I decided I should kiss him again." He shrugged.
"Okay. Well, I think I'm gonna go now." She pointed to the door and edged slowly away. Joel closed the door behind her, looked at Chris and they laughed. That had been a very strange conversation. Joel sat back on the bed and grabbed Chris' arms, pulling him straight back into a kiss. He was going to stop Joel, but just continued to kiss him. It was just too good.
Sally and Laurri burst out laughing. They wondered if that was just a dream, it's not everyday you walk into a house and see something like that. "Cute couple." Sally chuckled, Laurri nodded. "What do we do now?" She thought for a moment. At that exact moment, Chris was discussing the same thing.
"What do we do now?" Chris was still very close to Joel. Joel tilted his head and gently kissed him.
"I have no idea." He whispered into Chris' ear. "This," Joel kissed him brilliantly, "Is too much to throw away." His face was very close to Chris' and Chris wanted nothing more than for their lips to be joined again, but he stayed silent. "But I guess, that," he pointed to the door, "is also very important." Chris nodded.
"So?" He managed to restrain himself from wrestleing Joel to the floor, right there.
"I suppose we could keep this a secret." Chris nodded at this suggestion. "That way, we win both ways." Chris smiled and let himself go, kissing Joel sweetly. Joel smiled as he kissed him back, slowly moving his tongue past Chris' lips, turning their kiss into an act of passion.
"I'm sure that was just a one-off, forget it," Laurri shrugged. Sally nodded and they walked towards the park. Joel and Chris ran up behind them, Chris grabbed Sally's arm, spun her round and kissed her. She gave him a very shocked look and laughed a *hi*. Joel hugged Laurri. Sally then thought back to what she'd seen.
"So, you guys stopped being gay?" She looked them up and down dissaprovingly. They nodded, but Joel slipped a wink at Chris. "In that case." She pulled Chris towards her and kissed him. "Hi." He laughed slightly and waved. Joel took Laurri's hand and held it tight.
It was nine at night and Sally and Laurri had decided to call it a day, leaving Joel and Chris, again, alone. Joel held his hand out and Chris took it, Joel pulled him along very quickly to the woods, the same woods that Chris had found Sally and the woods he and Sally had found so romantic. Joel pushed Chris against the tree and pushed his body close to him. Joel stared into Chris' eyes, tilting his head slightly, breathing heavily. Chris couldn't bare it any longer, he brought his hands to Joel's head and pulled him into a kiss. Joel moved his hands down Chris' body, leaving them resting on his hips. Chris liked this. He let out a moan of pleasure and Joel just intensified the kiss. Chris kissed him even better than before, this time, pushing Joel backwards. Chris held Joel tight and let his lips move away for just long enough to catch his breath then quickly forcing back into the amazingly passionate bond, joining them. Joel took controll again, running his tongue along Chris' jawline, Chris' breathing deepend and he bit his lip to stop himself from screaming. Joel kissed him again and moved his hands down Chris' back.
"I wonder what Chris is doing?" Sally pondered as she picked up her phone and tapped his number in, pressing dial and holding it to her ear. It rang.
"Ignore it." Joel ordered, whispering into Chris' ear. His breath made Chris shivver and he did ignore his phone, grabbing Joel into another kiss. It rang again, "leave it." Joel spoke a little louder this time. Chris couldn't stanbd a ringing phone, but he tried. A few minutes later, it rang again. Joel sighed, slightly angry that he had been interupted again. "Leave it." Joel whispered, pleading. He gently stroked Chris' face, his eyes begging. Chris leaned in slowly and very gently kissed Joel, he pulled away and Joel moved with him, trying to keep the kiss a little longer, but Chris shook his head and picked up his phone.
"Hello?" Chris sounded aggitated.
"Hey baby, what's happening?" Sally was cheerful.
"Not alot." He kept his answer very short.
"Not up to doing much talking?" She laughed. Joel playfully ran his lips up Chris' free arm. He laughed a little. "What?"
"Oh nothing." He covered up his mistake. "Look, Sal, I have to go."
"Oh. Okay, I guess I'll see you later." Sally hung up and Joel instantly grabbed Chris, pulling him to the floor and kissing him.
"Well, at least we know they'll be out the way. That leaves some time to us." Sally lent down and Laurri wrapped her arms around her. They kissed.
Sally and Laurri where lying in Laurri's bed, they where facing the t.v, watching nothing in particular. Sally was laying behind Laurri with her arms tight around her. Sally's heavy breath tickled and calmed Laurri, she felt comforted by it and she turned so they where face to face. She had never looked at her in that way, never so close, never so intimately. Laurri didn't realise, but Sally was thinking exactly the same thing. Sally took one of her hands from around Laurri's body and repositioned it on her face. In retaliation, Laurri slid her hands around Sal and pulled her closer and tilted her head slightly so there wasn't any nose collisions. Their lips where millimetres apart, they began to feel the tension and they realised how they both thought the same. Sally and Laurri stared deep into eachothers eyes and Sally leaned in and pecked Laurri's lips, then moving back untill they where millimetres away again. The corners of Laurri's lips turned upwards, forming a smile, they both leaned towards eachother at the same time, launching into a deeply intense full on kiss. Sally's tehnique was rough, but it was nice, it felt like she really wanted this. Laurri was alot more used to gentle kissing, obvously normally being kissed by Joel, this was very different. She moved her hands down to rest on Sally's hips, the only person she had ever done that to before was Joel, and Sally reconised that. Laurri could feel Sally getting more and more involved in this kiss and it felt good. It felt right. All too soon, Sally slowly pulled herself out of the kiss and closed her eyes, exhailing. Laurri lingered around Sal's lips, then rolled onto her back, letting out a big puff of breath, breathing rapidly. "You alright?" Sally asked concerned at her breathing pace.
"A little breathless. I can't really breathe after that." Sally chuckled slightly and ran her hands through Laurri's hair, then pulling her head toward her and kissed her again. She finished it nicely and Laurri flopped back onto her back. "You're going to kill me." She smiled pecking her lips. "I can see why the guys did it."
Sally and Laurri had been lying in the darkness, kissing for a few minutes. Sally stopped kissing Laurri and moved her head down a little, here she put her lips on her neck and gently began to run her tongue in tiny circles on Laurri's neck. Laurri moaned slightly and Sally ran her tongue up untill she was just underneath her ear. She began to slowly nibble away at her earlobe. She closed her eyes and exhailed deeply, Sally rubbed her nose gently across Laurri's cheekbone, then to her lips and kissed her again. Laurri's hands moved across Sal's back, holding her tight. Sally's hands repositioned on Laurri's neck, tightly locking her still. It was in this way, they spent the night.
Sally opened her eyes and yawned, sretching out one of her arms and putting it around Laurri, pulling her to face her and pecking her lips. "Morning." She whispered. Laurri smiled and opened her eyes too, stroking Sally's face with the back of her hand. "Keep this quiet, yeah?" Sally spoke sternly, Laurri nodded.
"Of course." She kissed her again. "We wouldn't want to sound like the guys." Sally exhailed a laugh.
"Oh god. Don't tell them!" She reminded. "They'd never let us live it down." Just then Sally's phone began to ring. She looked at the front. Chris. She flipped up the front and held it to her ear. "Yo."
"Hello." There was a quiet moment. "Erm, you don't hate me cause I kissed Joel do you?" He spoke very quietly and nervous.
"Oh god no." She laughed, re-assuringly. "It was quite hot actually." She spoke with a smile in her voice.
"Thank god!" He sighed in relief. "I was worried you might not want to be my girlfriend anymore."
"Don't be silly Chris. I love you, more than anything and anyone."
"I love you." There was a silence that would normally be filled by a kiss, but they where on the phone. "So, I was wondering, can I take you for a surprise tonight?"
"When would I ever say no to that, Chris?"
"Oh. Okay, good." There was a lack of excitement in his voice, as always on the phone, "I guess I'll pick you up later. About, eerm... 6," he finally decided.
"Love you." Sally smiled down the phone and flipped it shut, sliding it into her pocket, and swinging her arms around Laurri, who launched into the kiss. They breathlessly finnished the kiss and flopped onto the bed. "He's got some surprise planned tonight." They sat and considered what he may want.
"You'll think about me tonight, won't you?" Laurri asked, cheekily.
"Yes, I'll keep you in mind." She rolled and pulled Laurri against her and into a kiss. "See?"
"Kay." Laurri shut up. "Hey, maybe it's something to do with your birthday!" She remembered, it was Sal's birthday next week.
"Hmm." They continued to puzzle.
"Eyeliner." Sally demanded to Joel, who was sat on her bed watching her get ready to go out. He passed it to her and she continued to squint into her mirror. "So." Sally turned to her wardrobe and threw clothes at Joel. "Do you know what all this is about?" She turned to face hi for a second, hand on her hip, pausing from tryign to find her skirt.
"I havn't got a bloody clue, love." Joel looked at himself, puzzled at his sudden use of a brummy accent. "No. I don't." He answered again. "Nobody does." Sally dug her arm into the pile of clothes and then pulled it out clutching a black and red lacy skirt. Joel nodded in approval.
"Throw me that black strappy top." She ordered. "So you really don't know?" She caught it. He shook his head. "Kay." She marched out of the room, still holding the clothes. Joel just sat still and looked at the ceiling.
Sally re-appeared wearing the skirt she found and the top Joel had thrown her. She gestured for him to look at her outfit. Joel nodded and smiled. "Amazing." He winked. Sally walked across the room and flicked her straightener switch. She tapped her foot on the floor impatiently waiting for them to heat up, then deciding to find her necklace instead. It was a tight black chocker, made of lace with three tiny chains dangleing across the middle. Joel held it out in the palm of his hand. "Looking for that?" He smiled. She turned around and knelt on the floor, gently he clipped it around her neck. "Beautiful." She returned to her mirror and began to slide the now hot straighteners down her hair. Joel walked over to her, put his hand over hers on the straighteners and one hand on her hip. "Let me do it." He whispered in her ear and it made her neck tingle. She released her grip and leaned into him, letting him burn her hair into place.
Joel finnished the last handful of hair and turned the straighteners off. He stood infront of her, bent a little till he was at her height and put his hands on either side of her face. "You look stunning." He whispered. "Really." She didn't say anything, she just blinked slowly, with a smile. Her hands slid to his hips, hs still on her face. They looked deep into eachothers eyes. "Chris is a lucky guy." He moved a little closer to her. "He has you. That, and he's lucky that I let him have you."
"Laurri is lucky. She has the most beautiful guy on earth and I let her have him." She traced a line up his face with the tip of her nose, letting him smell her breath.
"I can't get over how great you look." There was a three second pause before they where passionately kissing. Hands moving all over eachother. Sally wrapped one leg around him as he pulled her even closer. Her arms wrapped around his neck and his down to her waist. Their kiss slowed and then stopped, with a peck. "Shit." Joel moved his hands off her quickly. "Oh god."
"Whoops." Sally joined in. "Eerm..."
"We can't tell anyone about that." He shook his head and backed away from her, hands infront of him.
"Nobody'll ever know." She promised, picking up her jacket and swinging it round her back. They both headed towards her bedroom door, she opened it for him, they where both in a rush to escape this. "Err, yeah. Goodbye." She spoke quickly and he threw his arms around her and kissed her again. She kissed him back, and then they both pulled away.
"Shit. Eeerm, sorry." He ran down the stairs and out of the door.
"Don't worry!" She yelled after him.
*Knock Knock* Sally ran down the stairs and grabbed her bag, opening the door. Chris held a bunch of black roses. Sally had often told him how much she wished there where black roses. "Oh my." She gasped a little. "How did you,..?"
"A magician never reveals his secrets."He handed them to her and she smelt them, placing them slowly on the stairs, so not to damage them. "You look incredible."
"Thankyou." She smiled, kissing him on the cheek. Not satisfied, he pulled her chin round and, what can only be described as, snogged the hell out of her. "And, thankyou again." She looked surprised. He grabbed her hand and shut the door behind her.
Sally and Chris caught the bus into town. He took her to a restaurant. One of the best around, she had heard of this place before and it must have cost a fortune to book a table. They sat down and looked at the menus. The cheapest on there was £30, how was Chris affording this? She ordered one the cheapest things she could find, so she wasn't being rude. The waitress left and Chris took sally's hands across the table. She looked into his eyes. "Now, Sally." He smiled. "It's your birthday next week, right?" She nodded at him. "I looked and looked and looked. I couldn't find anything good to buy you. Nothing was special enough, nothing was good enough. I thought for a long time and then I realised, nothing would ever be good enough for you. I love you." She smiled and went to talk but he stopped her. "I'm not finnished." She nodded and let him speak. "I had to get you something and I found something, finally good enough." He got up out of his chair and down on one knee. "I know that we're too young to get married." He took her hand. "But I would like to propose the idea that I can give you this." He brought out a box and handed it too her. She opened it to reveal a beautiful platinum ring. It had a black stone, it was gorgeous. "It matches your eyes." He smiled. Sally began to feel herself choke up. "By accepting this, it'll show you that no matter what, I will always love you. Forever. And, if or when you ever want to get married to me, you can come to me and whatever happens I will marry you."
"Oh my god, Chris." She had one hand on her chest and one hand holding the ring. He was still on one knee, looking into her eyes. "I love you." A single tear fell down her face. "I don't know." She frowned slightly. "This is the most amazing gift in the world, and I would take it in a second, if I thought I could keep you happy. I'm just afraid I'll hurt you and you won't want to marry me anymore."
"Sally, whatever you do. Weather you cheat or hit me or whatever you could do, I will never ever stop loving you." She smiled at his words. "Thats what this proposal says. Whatever happens I will always love you enough to marry you." More tears ran down her face as she took the ring from the box and placed it on her finger. It fit perfectly.
"I will marry you someday Chris." She smiled and he stood up and hugged her. She began to cry properly, as did he a little. He kissed her and she smiled. They sat back down and the food arrived. "Thankyou so much." She laughed. This is the best presant anybody could ever give me."
